TRAVEL/ON-LOCATION SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE FOR A MINIMUM OF 4 BOOKED SERVICES. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU REMOVE ANY EXCESS/UNWANTED FACIAL HAIR (BROW HAIR/PEACH FUZZ) THE DAY BEFORE. FOR BRIDES: BRIDAL TRIALS ARE REQUIRED NO MORE THAN A MONTH BEFORE THE EVENT. DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED UPON BOOKING. NO EXTRA PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED WHEN COMING TO ME UNLESS THE ONE RECEIVING THE SERVICES IS A MINOR. Cancellation Policy

ALL SERVICES require a deposit/retainer fee. Retainer fees or any payments made towards any services are NON-REFUNDABLE if the client decides to cancel and/or postpone their appointment. If the client decides to reschedule for a future date, it must be done at least 24 hrs BEFORE the original date and requires a $25 reschedule fee. If I am available on the new date, the original deposit will be transferred and applied towards the new appointment. Otherwise, the appointment is considered canceled and the original deposit is again, NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies to ANY reason/circumstance given by the client. Clients MAY NOT transfer ANY appointments/services/deposits to ANYONE else. ONLY the client who booked & made the deposit/s is the only one who may receive services, cancel or reschedule. Cancellations less than 24 hrs will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. No CALL/NO SHOW will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. There is a 10 minute "late" grace period (late fees may apply). If the client doesn’t arrive by the 10 minute mark, the appointment is considered canceled and will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
